Kelly Gaines is a results-driven executive and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience across sales, marketing, operations, and business consulting. A Northern Illinois native and Nevada resident since 2014, Kelly brings the straight-talking work ethic of the Midwest and the forward-thinking ambition of the West to every engagement — a philosophy that became the foundation for Foundry West Consulting.
With a tenure as President and CEO of one of the most notable construction trade associations in Nevada, Kelly built years of experience representing and empowering the construction community through strong advocacy, strategic partnerships, and industry education — helping shape public policy, strengthen collaboration across sectors, and elevate standards of professionalism statewide. Among her notable achievements is the successful enactment of AB290, a landmark piece of legislation that elevates safety and training standards for Nevada's construction workforce. She is also a Co-Founder of Construction Cares, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to uniting the construction industry in community service, and serves on the boards of the Southern Nevada Trades High School and Champions for CASA — causes rooted in her deep passion for creating opportunities for businesses and youth in underserved communities.
Kelly's professional background spans a diverse range of organizations — from startups to Fortune 500 companies — giving her a rare cross-functional fluency across industries and business sizes.
